The sessions are run each week at the Bedford International Athletics Stadium from 10:45pm to 12:15pm every Saturday morning in term time including half term holidays. Beagles provides a safe and enjoyable introduction to all the main athletic activities including

    – Warming up and down

    – Running

    – Throwing

    – Sprinting

    – Jumping

It also provides an introduction to competition and a pathway into full membership of Bedford & County AC including acting as a priority feeder group into the clubs Passport scheme.

Beagle’s sessions are led by Bedford and County AC coaches, Jackie and David Cheshire and University students training to become physical education teachers. The sessions are managed and administered by Trevor Buck. All coaches, students and officials involved have Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) clearance.
