AGM For Bedford & County Athletic Club Ltd

The AGM of the above company will be held on Tuesday 24th May at 7.45 pm at Bedford International Athletic Stadium.

The meeting will be held in accordance with the Articles of Association of the company and will as required conduct the following business:

 

1. Opening address by the President

2. Approve the minutes of the EGM 2022 and AGM 2021

3. Present Un Audited Accounts for the year ending 31 March 2022, and the accounts for 2021 and 2020.

4. Receive a report on the activities of the club since the last AGM.

5. Appoint club auditors for the accounts ending 31 March 2022 and for the accounts ending 31 March 2023

 

6. To elect:

 

• The President – Bob Thompson

• Chair – Martyn Blackwell

• Vice Chair – Penny Butcher

• Honorary Secretary – Rachel Welbourn / Allen Adamson (vote required)

• Honorary Treasurer – Peter Carpenter

• Officer - Courtney Gunn

• Officer - Craig Emmerson

• Officer - Peter Webster

• Officer - Allen Adamson

 

7. Approve the budget for the year commencing 1 April 2022

8. The committee will organise an EGM in February 2023 to set a budget and membership fees for the 

year commencing 1 April 2023
