With the advent of the new Age Groups from 1st April 2026, it will be necessary to revisit club records for the new age groups.
Records will be held in U14/U16/U18/U20, Club and Masters categories, whilst existing records in the U13/U15/U17 and U20 categories will be archived and preserved for posterity.
The Records Group has been working to transfer past performances into the new age groups for record purposes, but this will take some time and depends on how soon Power of Ten publishes past performances into all-time rankings in new age groups. The group will use PoT as well as a number of other sources of information.
Where there are new events or radically changed events, the group will put mechanisms in place to establish the new records.
